Thursday: Holy Gospel – John 20:19-31
By His death on the cross, Christ accomplished salvation, providing forgiveness of sins for the entire world. Unless that good news is made known to you, however, it does not benefit you. How do I know my sins are forgiven before God in heaven? Read John 20:19-23. How does Jesus make known His forgiveness? What comfort does forgiveness through a pastor give me when I am tempted to doubt my identity as God’s child? (LSC, 2017 Explanation, 315).
Friday: O Sons and Daughters of the King (470)
Have you ever thought of yourself as a son or daughter of the King? Who is the King? When do we become His children? How does that relate to Easter?
