Registration for the 2026-2027 academic year opens February 1 for current families and March 1 for new families.

• • Provide the academy with a copy of your child’s birth certificate.
  • Receive GLCA calendar, class schedules, information packets, and information about events during the year.
  • Pay any remaining balance of the first semester fee.
  • Provide a copy of the letter confirming your homeschool registration.
  • Sign Parent Commitment contract (on application)
  • Sign liability waiver.

There is a non-refundable enrollment fee of $100 per child, which secures the child's spot.

We like to meet with each family so we can get to know one another and make sure this kind of academy will be a good fit for everyone. Interviews will be scheduled with the director, and you will receive a copy of the family handbook at this time for your review.

$3900/year per child OR
$1950/semester per child

Families are also responsible for purchasing the curricula for the year for their child(ren).

Payments may be made monthly, per semester, or annually.

Payments can be made via check, or by ACH debit through our online portal.

Need-based scholarships are available through Benevolent Financial Aid Qualification (BeneFAQ) which is powered by SchoolRIGHT LLC. You will be responsible for the $35 fee this company collects to cover the cost of processing the form.

2. Under Login or Create Account on the upper right-hand side of the screen, click Parent
3. If you are a first-time applicant with BeneFAQ, fill out the information under Create An Account
4. If you have already created an account with BeneFAQ, enter your username and password, then click Sign In
5. Click Apply to begin a new application
6. When prompted, enter the GLCA number which is 43041
7. Pay the $35 processing fee
8. Respond to any emails BeneFAQ sends
9. Wait for confirmation of your scholarship from GLCA after BeneFAQ processes your application
